Meeting/Event information

The Operations Team acts as a central scheduling office, assisting event and meeting requestors in choosing the best space, resources, and services. We collaborate with UITS Customer Support, Café @ 50 Wash, facilities and housekeeping to guarantee your event’s success. Event space requests must be submitted at least ten business days in advance.

 

Evening, Weekend & Holiday Events:
